Hospital / Home Delivery:
Kindly provide us with the recipient’s contact number for smooth delivery.
Re-delivery / Redirection:
Kindly ensure that there is someone available to receive the delivery upon arrival. The delivery item will be sent back to Duly’s office for rescheduling of delivery in the event if there is no one available to receive the item, Kindly note that an additional cost will be incurred for this situation.
Also, an additional fee might be incurred if there is a need to change the delivery location within a short notice).
Delivery with Surcharges:
Additional delivery fee of S$20 will be included on top of the regular delivery fee of S$7 for the following locations listed below.
- Changi Airport Terminal 1 , 2 , 3 & 4
- Jewel (Changi Airport)
- Changi Airport Cargo Area
- Seletar Airport
- Paya Lebar Air Base
- All Army Camps (SAF)
- Sentosa Island
- Tuas Area
- Marina Bay Sands
- Central Business District Areas (ERP charge involved as well)
Festive Season Delivery:
All orders will be delivered within 5 working days, excluding Eve of the festive and the day itself, from the date of purchase during the festive periods Lunar New Year, Hari Raya, Deepavali & Christmas
All Lunar New Year hampers have to be ordered at least 5 days in advance in view of tight schedules during this peak period.
For any changes on your order / delivery, kindly contact our team at 6659 1008 at least 24 hours before the delivery.
